If you are a consumer and a statutory withdrawal or cooling-off right applies to your contract, the following applies. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. Mandatory rights under the laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Furnify3D GmbH, Elisabethstraße 7, 99096 Erfurt, Germany, email: info@furnify3d.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to the services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal, compared with the full coverage of the contract.
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the provision of services if we have fully performed the service and only began performing it after you gave your express consent and simultaneously acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full performance of the contract by us.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract. Section A applies accordingly to the exercise of the right and to meeting the deadline.
In the event of an effective withdrawal, we will reimburse payments received as set out in section A.
