Notice-and-action mechanism under Art. 16 of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (Digital Services Act) · Last updated: July 2026

If you believe that content stored on Furnify3D (in particular 3D models or files uploaded by users) is illegal, you can report it here.

How to report

Send an email to info@furnify3d.com (subject: "Report of illegal content") including:

• the exact location (URL, object or asset identifier),
• a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you consider the content illegal,
• your name and email address (except for reports concerning certain offences, which may be made anonymously), and
• a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information provided is accurate and complete.

What happens next

We will confirm receipt, review your report in a timely, diligent and non-arbitrary manner, take a reasoned decision on removal or blocking and inform you and the affected user of the outcome including the main reasons (Art. 16, 17 DSA). No automated decisions are taken without human review.
