Beta Participation Terms

Furnify3D GmbH · Last updated: 26 August 2026

1. Subject and term

1.1 Furnify3D provides the platform free of charge during the beta phase. The beta ends on 30 September 2026; Furnify3D may end it early, extend it, or change or discontinue features at any time.

1.2 The user is aware that this is a beta version which may still contain errors, malfunctions and incompletely developed features; data loss cannot be ruled out either.

1.3 There is no entitlement to availability, specific features, support, response times or service levels. The platform is provided “as is”; liability is governed by the Terms of Service.

1.4 There is no automatic transition to a paid subscription. A paid subscription is created only if the user expressly purchases one.

2. Relationship to the Terms of Service

2.1 The Furnify3D Terms of Service apply in addition. In the event of a conflict between these Beta Participation Terms and the Terms of Service, these Beta Participation Terms prevail for beta participation.

2.2 By signing up for the beta, the user accepts both the Terms of Service and these Beta Participation Terms.

3. Access and termination by the user

3.1 Participation requires registration and activation by Furnify3D; there is no entitlement to participate. Furnify3D may suspend access in cases of misuse or violations.

3.2 The user may end their participation in the beta at any time. The right to request deletion of the account and personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy remains unaffected.

4. Usage rights to generated assets

4.1 Assets generated or downloaded during the beta (optimised models, Enscape exports, etc.) may be used in the user's own client projects for as long as the beta is running or the user has an active subscription.

4.2 After the beta ends without a subscription: in ongoing projects — projects begun before the end of the beta — the assets may continue to be used and the projects completed. Use in new projects is no longer permitted; new downloads also end.

4.3 The restrictions of Section 12 of the Terms of Service remain unaffected (in particular no resale, no publication as a model library, no AI training, and the manufacturers' rights to pCon models).

5. User uploads and storage

5.1 Section 13 of the Terms of Service additionally applies to files uploaded by the user; the confirmation given in the upload dialog remains authoritative. Furnify3D is not an archiving or backup service; the user is responsible for keeping their own backup copies of their files.

5.2 If beta participation ends without a subscription in place, uploaded files and generated results may initially remain stored; however, they are locked and not available for download. As long as they are still stored, they are unlocked again without reprocessing when a subscription is purchased.

5.3 The storage under Section 5.2 is provided voluntarily and without any legal obligation, in order to enable a later reactivation of the account. There is no entitlement to continued storage, availability or integrity of this data.

5.4 Furnify3D is entitled to delete stored content of inactive accounts if the user has been informed in advance by email to the registered address and, within at least 60 days of the notice, neither purchases a subscription nor objects to the deletion. Statutory retention obligations and the user's right to request deletion of their account and personal data at any time remain unaffected.

6. Credits

6.1 300 credits are granted free of charge at the start. They are a pure usage allowance: no monetary value, no payout, no exchange, not transferable; they expire without replacement when the beta ends.

6.2 No credits can be purchased during the beta.

7. Feedback and usage data

7.1 The user grants Furnify3D the right to use feedback (including survey responses, support reports and suggestions) for product improvement — without time limit, free of charge and without attribution.

7.2 Technical usage data (e.g. processing times, error rates, feature usage) is processed to analyse and improve the service. Details are governed by the Privacy Policy.

8. Public nature of the beta

8.1 The beta is public: users may talk about the beta and show screenshots and results (e.g. LinkedIn, blogs), provided no third-party rights are infringed — in particular manufacturers' rights to models — and no access credentials or security details are disclosed.

8.2 Labelling publications as “beta” is appreciated but not required.

9. End of the beta and transition

9.1 When the beta ends (30 September 2026 or earlier), new downloads and the use of assets in new projects end without a subscription (Section 4); ongoing projects may be completed.

9.2 The account will not be automatically deleted — reactivation via subscription remains possible later; as long as the objects are still stored (Section 5), they become available again.

9.3 No payment obligation arises unless the user expressly purchases a subscription.

In addition, our Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy apply.
